| Research on embedded weighing system has an important impact on the production process.In researching the weighing system,automated test equipment is not perfect formerly.Based on ARM weighting system,this system is designed to change the backward phenomenon of automatic checkout equipment in this field.We use high precision weighing sensors to weight,and achieve long-distance data transmission by embedding patterns.According to the process of design and implementation,the main research on electronic weighing system is as follows:The overall design of weighing system:structuring the overall framework on the basis of design requirements and performance index.Combining with the function of the weighing system,the writer has researched on the data acquisition hardware design,software design,the study of electronic weighing system’s anti-interference and error analysis.The circuit design of data acquisition hardware realize the hardware’s smooth operation.It also includes other circuits like weight processing system,data acquisition circuit,signal processing circuit,signal amplification circuit,A/D conversion circuit and signal transmission circuit.This thesis emphasizes on the lectotype of weighing sensor,the design of Manostat module,imitating signal filtering,the design of amplification circuit and something related.The software design of electronic weighing system achieve software system’s function,relating to its electronic weighing system,operation program control function,liquid crystal display routine and so on.This thesis divides all software into drivers and application program,analyzes the design process of the main chip’s driver and flow chart of some application programs in detail.Anti-interference research on electronic weighing system is to analyze its main interference source and the effects of interference.Based on the different characteristics of different signal interference sources,using the corresponding anti-interference measures,we can improve the anti-interference ability of the electronic weighing system.Analysis of the main sources of electronic weighing system errors is to improve its precision and stability by taking corresponding measures to reduce the system error. |
