Mixer is an important part of gas engine which supplied with mixed gas. Because of its unique venturi properties, venturi mixer is suitable for gas engine. It is magnitude significative for adjusting the air-fuel mixture ratio, improving engine power and reducing engine exhaust temperature, improving the efficiency to study the flow characteristics of venturi mixer.In this thesis, relevant data of Mixer is obtained through the engine bench test. The mathematical mode of venturi mixer is established with using the principle of fluid mechanics. Then using the Simulink module of Matlab software built the simulation model of venturi mixer, and calibrated the simulation model with the test data.On the basis of the above, the structural parameters of venturi mixer was optimized which used the lean combustion technology. General design method of structural parameters is established. The corresponding software was writed.And verified the calibration of the simulation model. They have good consistency.Mixer circulation area of flow field distribution was analyzed with the help of Fluent. The influences of structure change of mixture uniformity were studied by gas hole opening Angle and row number.The venturi mixer simulation model established in this paper was generality, which apply to different gas components of venturi mixer structure design. |
