Zhundong Railway Company Train Operation Monitoring Recording Device Application Analysis

The main problems which attendent unable to focus on when driving locomotive, has been raised problems such as safety, train unloading, over-speeding, self-stop and through the phase-changing area.It affect the safety of train operation seriously. In order to prevent the occurrence of these problems, this paper raised "vigilance" is a good way to solve this kind of problem."Vigilance", including the "into-station confirmation and cycle warning" of the two sub-functions. The into-station confirmation is when the train on his way nearby signal machine for the home signal, the driver press the warning button once; cycle waining is that the dirver press the button if there is no operation for the locomoitve in120seconds onec. If the driver fails to confirm the signal in this situation,the LKJ will have warning action via sound and light at first, then output the instruction to stop the locomotive when no operation in case to test the driver in position and to make sure safety.The paper describes the function of "vigilance" in the whole program, based on train operation monitoring and recording device2000(hereinafter referred to as LKJ) original hardware and software upgrades,. Also recommend the LKJ-2000’s constitution, principle,division of cross-passing and the setting of the special cotrol method via locomotive in Zhundong.By Increased "vigilance" function experimental locomotive data acquisition and analysis, here is the conclusion:1, in the process of running, decrease the occurrence of tf sleeping and destruction effectively, protect the safety.2, If there is some situation such as off the duty,emergency injuries to lose the ability of control, the LKJ will give signal to stop the locomotive in case of accdient.As the "vigilance" function applied in Zhundong Railway Company successed, it solved a very important problem, gain the safety benefits, and played an important role for the protection of the safety of train operation, strengthen the locomotive drivers standardized operations management.
