This data recording device is used for testing the real-time environmental parameters andcritical control signals in the processes of aircraft launch and flight. But the power supply anddistribution is the premise and guarantee in the whole data recording work. This thesis mainlydiscusses the design and realization of the power supply and distribution of the device.Through the analyses of the topological structure and working features of the datarecording device, a basic scheme of power supply and distribution is made. That is, powermodules carry out the power supply management focusing on the external power and its ownbatteries. Also, based on its own needs, every functional card carries out the secondconversion of the unified voltage which is output by power modules.The discussion of the thesis expands from three aspects:the realization of powerdistribution, the design of power modules and the reliability of power supply and distribution.First, the electricity demand of every functional card is analyzed and the features of fourpower chips are contrasted. Based on the electricity demanding characteristics of everyfunctional card, the second power conversion is realized. At the same time, the designs of theconstant current source circuit, the isolated power supply circuit and the reference voltagecircuit are introduced in details. Second, in the whole system of power supply and distribution,the design of power module centers on the battery which is the core of the system. Alsoaccording to the characteristics of data recording device working environment and the test andanalyses of total electricity, the requirement of battery is emphasized; the performance ofseveral rechargeable batteries are compared and chosen; the charging circuit is designed andthe experiments of charging-discharging are verified; the external power conversion circuitand the linear stable voltage circuit are designed. Next, through the derivation from the rippleinfluencing factors of DC-DC power, the filter circuit is designed and the ripple rejection isrealized. Third, reliability is needed to consider in the design of power distribution and power modules, including the battery impact protection, the heat dissipation of high-power powerchips, the prevention of short circuit in the sensor cable network and the layout of PCB.Finally, a conclusion is made based on the whole design and some unsolved problems andassumptions are put forward.Altogether, the power supply and distribution of the data recording device is verified afteraircraft experiment is completed successfully. Under the requirement of task environment, itis more reliable.
