Research On The Urban Infrastructure Of Jingzhou

Urban infrastructure is the important material foundation for the development of urban expansion for urban modernization and one of the important content of urban development and construction, it also is the important manifestation and basic security of the level of urban development, the residents quality of life, the city hard and soft investment environment and urban comprehensive competitiveness. Urban infrastructure plays an important role in the national economy and social development. The "Eleventh Five-Year" during the process of urbanization in China has entered a fast track of development, With the accelerated speed of rapid social and economic development and urban expansion, The level of existing urban infrastructure lags behind the development of urbanization, its drawbacks gradually appearing, it is unable to meet the demand of people’s growing material and cultural needs and directly or indirectly leads to some urban and social problems.It is necessary and urgent to expand more in-depth study on the level of urban infrastructure, Proposing the suitable mode for the present and future development of the city through the combination of integrate theory and the city’s reality has Practical significance for speeding up the process of urbanization for overall planning urban and rural development and achieving sound and rapid economic and social development.The fundamental purpose of the continuous improvement of the urban infrastructure is to extend outward of the city constantly through developing and building the "skeleton" of the city, so as to drive the city’s economy, society, environment and other elements to develop comprehensively and rapidly. The paper uses Jingzhou as the research object and six systems of urban infrastructure as bases, draws on the experience of other domestic and international urban construction, using the analytic hierarchy process and the weighted average method to evaluate the urban infrastructure level of Jingzhou at the base of analyzing the status of urban infrastructure, putting forward reasonable suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts:Chapter one is introduction, the research situation of Urban infrastructure at home and abroad, putting forward the research content, meaning and methods of the paper. Chapter two is theoretical analysis, the paper mainly analyses physical infrastructure, transportation, ecology, post and telecommunications, energy, water supply and drainage, urban disaster prevention, combines with the meaning and importance of the infrastructure at the analysis of the actual situation in Jingzhou.Chapter three analyses the city infrastructure construction status of Jingzhou, compares and illustrates through the six aspects of the data, so as to summarize the current overall situation of the urban development.Chapter four evaluates the urban infrastructure construction level of Jinzhou by using analytical hierarchy process and weighted average method, then calculates the level of reality.Chapter five is to summarize the shortcomings of the infrastructure construction in Jingzhou according to the result of the calculation and put forward corresponding countermeasures and methods.Chapter six is conclusion.
