Landscape perception plays a basic role in the planning of tourist destination. But therehas not been a research methods appeared at the micro-scale so far. The majority of travelplanning and design did not accurately consider tourists landscape perception, and did not payattention to the perception of spatial differences. The main reason is lack of accuratedescription of landscape perception methods, tourists just stay in the shallow perception of thecultural landscape. And how to let the tourists perceive the connotation of humanistic culturallandscape better is the ultimate goal of the planning of scenic spot and the designing of route,the guarantee of the sustainable development of tourist destination, and also the core and thesource of power of the development of tourism.This paper presents an abstract method for feature point based on the classification of theperceptions of landscape. And a calculation model of the semantic meaning perception degreeabout both single and multiple cultural landscapes is established to solve the perceptionproblems occurred inside the humanistic tourist destination. By adopting the thoughts ofcartographic generalization and the abstract method of feature point for landscape meaning,this paper established a virtual sight of tourist destination based on DEM and high qualitydata source to study the cultural landscape meaning perception. In order to expression theapproaches of research clearly, the author designed to take The Western Imperial Tombs of theQing dynasty in yixian, China as an example to carry out an empirical study on culturallandscape meaning of site selection of royal tomb and build an perception level calculationmodel for the meaning of humanistic landscape of tourist destination as well. An empiricalresearch of semantic meaning perception of landscape was realized in the study of TheWestern Imperial Tombs of the Qing dynasty. Combining traditional Chinese culture, thispaper extracted116feature points from different landscape perspectives in4representativemausoleum cultural landscapes which was given the corresponding weights to figure out theperception degree of landscape culture, by using GIS visibility analysis, overlay analysis, etc.And based on the mining of the meaning of the landscapes in the sightseeing route, theviewpoints were designed. It offered the research approach to the quantitative description oflandscape perception and the method reference to the planning of tourist destination, thedesigning and improvement of landscapes and sightseeing routes.The result of this paper provides a foundation of quantitative evaluation of selection ofthe best sightseeing point of single and multiple cultural landscapes, and it means great as areference in the study of inside cultural landscape of humanistic tourist destination of geo-science. The study in this paper provides the sightseeing routes for the tourist’s need ofadmiring and understanding the inside cultural characteristics of humanistic tourist destination,and makes the culture characteristic recognition of single cultural landscapes and relativemultiple cultural landscapes inside the humanistic tourist destination become possible. It givesthe tourist guides the best places for their explanations and a feasible method for transferringthe cultural connotation of humanistic tourist destination to the tourists complementally andabundantly. It provides new perception and method to the research of the planning ofhumanistic tourist destination and help to mine the connation of cultural landscape deeply anddesign the sightseeing route reasonably in the planning of tourism. |
