Research Of Time And Quality Objective Principal-Agent Model Of The Agent Construction Project

In the construction-agent system, the owner (the government), agent construction enterprise and construction units participate in the construction and investment of the project.Among them there are two layer principal-agent relationships:the first layer principal-agent relationship is the owner entrust agent construction enterprise to build project specialized management; the second layer principal-agent relationship is agent construction enterprise entrust construction unit for the construction of the project construction. But there is information asymmetry in the two layers of principal-agent relationships, and as agent, gent construction enterprise and construction units need to achieve three goals, such as quality conformance, the minimum duration and cost efficiency. However, there has not been a generation of scholars on the organizational system of double principal-agent relationship, considering the target incentive, brought forward in unified framework model. Using the principal-agent theory, considering the actual acting system project in the problem, comprehensive consideration of the time limit for a project and quality two tasks object, this paper establish double principal-agent model, discusses the principal-agent problem, the corresponding solution mechanism, and tries to through the research, in order to make the project brought forward. All each party can obtain the maximum benefit.The main research work has the following several aspects:1, From the generation of organizational system of the problems existing in the actual project, based on the domestic and foreign relevant problems to summarize the research actuality, this paper tries to research and solve problems, and determined research content, plans to solve the key problems and technical route.2, Two layers of the principal-agent relations existing in the project were analyzed, with the goal of each party’s maximum profit, this paper establish a double principal-agent model, analyses the relation between the variables by solving the models.3, On the base of single objective principal-agent model in chapter2, considers the observability of the task, divides the task into observation mission and non-observation mission, establishes double principal-agent model about time and quality, and by solving the models, analysis of the task of observation on incentive strength factor, and the influences of time limit for a project and quality of alternative to the excitation intensity coefficient influence. And according to the results of analysis, this paper puts forward more optimized solutions.4, This paper verify the double principal-agent model of the chapter3through an example.From the point of view of the task, based on the two layers of the owner (the government), agent construction enterprise and construction units in the construction-agent system, this paper has the certainly realistic meaning to the acting system project.
