Combined with the advantages of permanent magnet motor and electric excitation motor,hybrid excitation motor not only has the advantages of high power density,but also can realize online magnetic regulation,which has a wide application prospect in the field of electric vehicles.A Hybrid Excitation Double Stator Double Salient Permanent Magnet Motor(HEDS-DSPMM)is proposed in this thesis.The double stator structure is adopted to facilitate the decoupling of the permanent magnetic field and the armature magnetic field.The excitation winding is placed in the inner stator,which reduces the complexity of the motor winding and facilitates the magnetization and demagnetization operation of the motor.Firstly,the performance difference between T-type structure and π-type structure HEDS-DSPMM is studied.The magnetic circuit equivalent model of the motor is established,and the magnetic density and harmonic distribution of the motor air gap are analyzed.The main working harmonics of two kinds of motor are obtained,and the corresponding windings are designed.The electromagnetic properties of various winding connections are studied,and the topological structure and winding connection with optimal electromagnetic properties are selected as the research object of this thesis.Next,multi-objective optimization of HEDS-DSPMM is carried out,and the electromagnetic torque,torque ripple and core loss are selected as optimization targets.Because the motor has many structural parameters and high coupling characteristics,the sensitivity analysis method is used to analyze the sensitivity of each structural parameter.The multi-objective agent model optimization method and the single parameter scanning optimization method were used to optimize the two layers of parameters respectively,and the optimal motor model was obtained.Then,the electromagnetic properties of Single Stator Double Salient Permanent Magnet Motor(SS-DSPMM),HEDS-DSPMM double armature mode and hybrid excitation mode are studied.The torque decomposition method was used to analyze the motor torque,according to the characteristics of cogging torque and reluctance torque in two winding modes of HEDS-DSPMM,a HEDS-DSPMM torque ripple suppression method was proposed.When the RMS value of the total current is different,the ratio of the excitation current to the total current is changed to realize the high performance output characteristics of the motor.Finally,the prototype was made for experiments to verify the magnetic regulating performance of the motor.The torque-current relationship between SS-DSPMM and HEDS-DSPMM in two modes are analyzed experimentally.The thesis has 89 pictures,8 tables,and 88 references.
