Research On Quality Management Of Lvcheng Weifang Chengyuan Project

The Construction Project Quality is the core and lifeline of all construction work, it relates to the people’s life and property, affecting the overall situation of reform, development and stability, and has a great relationship with the social, investment and environmental benefits of the project. The use of modern scientific quality management system is the needs of the current construction development and the demands of market economy development. Recently, more and more construction companies, combined with objective management, are carrying out ISO9000standards implementation activities, starts to combine modern scientific quality management theory and specific projects, from all aspects of the process of project construction, establish a quality management system suitable for the actual needs of enterprises. The project system adhere to quality planning, quality control and quality improvement, as the principles of the three-step, to promote the projects, on the basis that meet customer needs, effectively improve the level of quality of the project and project construction services. And the enterprises’engineering efficiency and their own strength and market competitiveness have been greatly improved. However, because of the short time of the quality management system and the inability of staff knowledge, the quality management systems still have some shortcomings and loopholes, which need to be addressed seriously.Focused on the quality control of construction projects, based on the large materials from construction site and combined with advanced quality management and control theory, the paper does a systematic and careful study. And it also uses the method of5M1E analysis to explore and research the different stages of the construction project quality management including the phases of before, during, and after as the control points.The main text first expounds the theory of quality management applications with the status quo at home and abroad, simple and clear introduce to the history of the development of the quality control, further discusses the project quality control theory and construction project quality control system, and explains the meaning, principles, procedures and methods of the project quality control. Based on the above, taking the Greentown Weifang Lvcheng Chengyuan Projects as an example, this paper does an analysis of Project Background and Project Overview by use of5M1E analysis, carried out a detailed study on the various elements of the project construction, and explains how to do the lean quality management for the whole process according to the characteristics of the project.By use of5M1E analysis of the project quality control, the research aim to achieve the desired effect of the quality management, and provide some reference for the establishment of a sound quality management system for large-scale residential projects.
