In the process of municipal infrastructure construction, the internalimplementation of the municipal construction project manager responsibility programis a bold attempt. The purpose of this article is for project manager responsibilitysystem performance evaluation in municipal engineering enterprise, through acombination of the key factors of the municipal project management, to build fromexternal environmental factors and internal factors aspects of data analysis based onfactor analysis. Find a major impact evaluation factors, and the use of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation to optimal selection of the project manager responsibilitysystem program.The innovation in this study is the project manager responsibility system for theintroduction of the internal management system of municipal engineering industry,and the binding factor analysis method to build a conceptual model and hypotheses ofthe municipal engineering enterprise project manager responsibility systemperformance evaluation. The key factors affect the determination of factor analysis,and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is to define the existing modelevaluation system for municipal engineering industry applications.Finally empirical is used to verify key factors affecting the impact of themunicipal engineering enterprise by project manager responsibility systemperformance evaluation.
