With the accelerated pace of social life,in order to obtain a better social status,manypeople work and life under the pressure of high-intensity,combined with irregular diet,lack ofsleep,lack of exercise and other negative phenomena,it is easily lead to heart disease.Heartdisease has become a major threat to human’s health,disease prevention and treatment of heartdisease is also very important.The most direct way to check the heart is to do ECG monitoring,and regular ECGmonitoring is conducted in the hospital,patients still need to lay to bed,and the time is veryshort.There are many types of heart diseases,some paroxysmal heart may also be monitoringthe performance of normal,so,this paper proposes a wearable real-time ECG monitoringsystem.The ECG monitoring system to monitor the device embedded in clothes,wear theclothes you can do real-time ECG monitoring,users can own a long and free time tomonitoring.The collected data via Bluetooth to send to the surrounding PC,process anddisplay on a PC.The system is suitable for long-term care needs of elderly people,trainingathletes and other people need to ECG.ECG signal acquisition part of the monitoring equipment uses the TI’s latest productionof bio-electrical measurement of the analog front end ADS1298,which are integratedprogrammable gain amplifier,24-bit A/D converter and the filter window function,with highcommon mode rejection ratio and conversion accuracy, the internal registers is configuredthrough the SPI interface.Processor is based on32-bit ARM Cortex-M3core LPC1768,it haslow power consumption and rich peripheral interfaces.The maximum operating frequency upto100MHz,fully able to meet the requirements of real-time ECG processing.Processor storesthe collected signal to the SD card first and then sends to PC.Transmission uses the Bluetoothwireless protocol,Bluetooth has low power consumption and small radiation on the humanbody characteristics,suitable for short-range wireless communications.PC application usesLabVIEW graphical language, written in LabVIEW graphical environment, can control,display interface, enabling the receiving ECG, restore, filtering and display.The subject completed the preliminary design of the system’s hardware and somesoftware development,and then tested the system’s main modules.After completed the PCapplication design,this paper called MIT-BIH ECG data in the database through the test board,data was sent to the PC via Bluetooth, running the PC applications can show ECG waveform,the PC application software’s basic functions was achieved.
