The energy structure of our country at present in the building caused by energy consumption,commodity consumption in China has accounted for the total 20%-30%.and the operation of building energy consumption,including heating,air conditioning and lighting in buildings,the use of electrical appliances in all types of building energy consumption,will have been accompanied by the using process of the building and public buildings in China's resources.Energy consumption is large,with a variety of energy prices continued to rise,energy expenditure accounted for the proportion of operating costs will be more and more,and learn from the advanced concepts,management experience and technical system,strengthen the construction of public water,electricity and other energy consumption of refined management will greatly reduce the operation cost.In this thesis,the construction and application of public building energy consumption platform to do a detailed design and research,overall architecture design of public building energy consumption platform,mainly from the underlying access,data acquisition,data display system of three layers of design and construction.And through the sub platform software,hardware and other aspects of design,construction a complete program of public building platform,through the construction of public building energy monitoring data center platform,will be able to access the data to the energy consumption of building energy consumption and energy consumption in data center platform,data center platform under the access of each single building.The single building energy consumption data through the network upload to the energy consumption of the data center platform,through the RS-485 bus,Wi-Fi wireless network or power line carrier communication collecting various on-site measurement meter data.The data acquisition gateway for data analysis,data validation and other simple calculation process,and then through the network will be sent to the building energy consumption data the monitoring data center server platform,or through Wan transport to the district level energy monitoring data center.Using the technology will be a variety of data acquisition and transmission,IP data into a unified package,and ultimately access the unified network.Analysis of diagnosis scheme using online monitoring scheme of complete and detailed energy consumption based on energy consumption,energy management system equipped with a single building on the achievements made by such diagnosis and adjustment or transformation.So as to achieve the government decision-making and implementation of the energy consumption and energy saving.The buildings after the building energy consumption monitoring platform will provide a data center a quota management for the government,used to measure the status of the "ruler",the results of the monitoring of energy consumption norms will bring effective administrative supervision,to encourage such advanced management methods,improve the backward management mode.In data management based on science,to further strengthen the public building energy management and energy saving work.Through the data center of energy conservation supervision and management system,energy metering as the source of data mining,supporting related property management system integration and custom development,building its own energy-saving regulatory platform,and provide data basis for the operation of energy-saving management system.This system will help improve the level of property management public buildings and energy efficiency,the development of energy management functions provide the basis for management decisions.Scientific management,efficient operation,the purpose of a low-carbon buildings.
