Research On Spatial Layout Planning Of Recreational Vehicle Campgrounds In Heilongjiang Province

RV travel has been very popular in Europe and USA. In China, RV tourismmarket began to rise gradually in recent years. At the same time, the governmentalso introduced related policies to encourage the development of RV tourism.However, the lack of RV campgrounds is restricting the development of RV travel.To solve this problem, this paper studies on spatial layout planning of RVcampgrounds in Heilongjiang Province. The research is based on the underlyingtheory, collects and analyses the relevant basic information and seeks strategies ofspatial layout planning of RV campgrounds. Then, chooses the typical RVcampgrounds to carry out the planning and design practice.Firstly, this paper mades a systematic basic research on spatial layout planningof RV campgrounds. The basic research contains introducing the concept and type ofRV and RV campground, dividing site selection models and function layout modelsof RV campgrounds, summarizing rating standards of foreign RV campgrounds,reference rating factor for domestic RV campgrounds considering with the actualsituation in China, analyzing the axis structure theory and the ReBAM theory andpointing out the significance of these theories for spatial layout planning of RVcampgrounds. On this basis, this paper summarizes the relevant planning, chosesnatural source to be the main type of scenery resources for RV travel from thetourism resources in Heilongjiang Province, positions the RV tourist marketaccording to the characteristics of RV travel, puts forward spatial layout planningstructure of dividing RV recreational circles, plans the divided RV recreationalcircles, determines the RV campgrounds level in each RV recreational circle,suggests the RV campgrounds scale, proposes the form of traffic organizationbetween RV tourist market and RV campgrounds and the strategies of spatial layoutplanning of docked RV campgrounds. Finally, this paper chooses the typicalTangwanghe National Park RV campgrounds from Xiao Hinggan Mountains YichunRV recreational circle to carry out the planning and design practice, which isconstitute of selecting the suitable venue for the RV campground construction in theservice area of Tangwanghe National Park, identifying the development orientation,dividing the RV campground into three function areas to plan layout, organizing thetransport system, designing RV campground sites and proposing constructionstrategies for the supporting life and safety facilities of the RV campground.
