With the continuous progress and development of the times,the socio-economic form has changed from an industrial economy dominated by product production to the service economy,and the public’s concept of consumption is also changing from possessing products to using products and obtaining services.The shared economy came into being under this background,and its service model was gradually accepted and recognized by the general public.Relying on the developed of mobile internet,asset sharing services in various situations emerge in an endless stream,develop rapidly,and have high penetration rates.Under the guidance of service design theory,this article explores the shared service mode of RV tourism.The RV tourism is still a minority culture in China,subject to the cost of RV and the drawbacks of existing service models,it can only meet the specific tourist needs of a minority of people and cannot be enjoyed by everyone.Therefore,from the perspective of service design,based on the analysis of the current RV product-side service model and the RV tourism service model,this paper summarizes the existing RV service constraints.Then,using the whole process concept of service design system,combined with the concept of shared service model,re-structured the RV service system,aimed at breaking the consumption barriers of RV through the shared service mode,so that more and more people can experience the convenient and free RV tourism services.By sharing RV service system design research,planning a shared car service blueprint,and its the guidance of RV vehicle within the service system,the camp matching facilities,as well as sharing software interface has been designed practice,a shared car The feasibility of the service model provides the basis. |
