Study On Planning And Design Of RV Campground

The recreational vehicle was generated after The First World War in United States, with the earliest stage and had been expected embryonically, period of expansion and the maturity expected, currently the RV industry in the Euro-American region already has good system,large scale and perfect facilities. During a great deal of literatures,this thesis generalize the categories,planning and design methods,evaluation standard of mature RV campground abroad. The author explaine the site selection,planning model, layout of RV site, traffic mode, facilities arrangement and plant planning.facility, aim at domestic demand. Conclude the layout of RV campground which is fixed to China MainLand. The conclusion with RV site is diagonal-entrance,side-entrance and pull through-entrance,according to the RV number.The road model is mesh,radiation and ring in shape;The RV site is divided into two kinds of forms which is zone and square.Regarding this phenomenon with scrambling to build RV campground in China,the author tried to analyse the necessity of planning and design rationality in domestic; Propose the characteristics and features of domestic RV campgrounds,discussing the discrepancy between domestic and international. The thesis propose the method and strategy on building RV campground which is fix to our country,which is place combination,type combination,RV site combination and function combination, providing a reference for the construction of the RV campground, and prospecting in the future the trend of local RV campground.
