Spacecraft vibration testing is an important part of the spacecraft developmentprocess, and it has a vital role to verify the reliability of spacecraft that in vibrationenvironments. But, spacecraft vibration testing based on the shaking table has somedefects, such as long time cycle, high cost, easy to produce over-testing andunder-testing, etc. The use of simulation technology to create a virtual vibrationtesting system can compensate for the lack of real vibration testing. It can improvethe efficiency of vibration testing, reduce the testing risk and save the cost. Againthe situation that domestic researches on vibration testing simulation technologymainly concentrated in the finite element method, this paper’s research focuses onthe system integration simulation technology for the vibration testing system.Major research works in this paper are shown as following.The technology problems that needed for vibration testing simulation aredescribed. Again the problems of shaking table dynamic simulation, a virtualsimulation platform of the vibration test systems is built. Based on this simulationplatform, the technical solutions for building the virtual vibration testing system aredesigned.A lumped parameter model of the electric vibration system is built, and themodal and frequency characteristics of the model are analyzed.A simulation model of the sine vibration controller is built, and thecharacteristics of the sine vibration controller are analyzed.By using the multi-body simulation software Virtual.Lab Motion, a multi-bodymodel of vibration table is built, and the model of electromagnetic actuator in thevibration testing system is built in the simulation software AMESim. Then, theco-simulation of vibration testing system is carried out by uniting the multi-bodymodel and AMESim model.Rigid-flexible coupled modeling method is researched. Based on this method, arigid-flexible coupled model of shaker table and unit on test is built.A co-simulation of vibration control system, electromagnetic actuation systemand shaking table test mechanical system is carried out. And the whole virtual vibration test system is built. At last, a virtual sine vibration testing is carried out byusing of the system.
