The unexpected events causes of power supply would be analyzed, the risk assessment of the unexpected event will be done by using the emergency management and the risk management theory. The important material storage and scheduling problems of the emergency management process are to be modeling. The optimum program is calculated for the enrichment of the emergency management plan. Finally, to resolve the exist defects of the power supply of emergency management, according to the existing problems of power supply emergency management and the optimum program, a contingency management system which is a coordinated, integrated management is built.As the result, the power supply of emergency management process resources can be unified configuration in this system, which the management personnel at all levels can n timely rescue, the material can be dispatch scientific and rationally to assist the emergency rescue work, the losses of the events is reduced effectively, the rescue efficiency is improved, and thus the security of power system, economy, and high quality operation is ensured. The power supply emergency events can be solved fast, effectively, reasonable and optimize in this system, which has the great significance for improving the management level of emergency power enterprises and the economic benefits of power company.
