China has vast rural area, rural population accounts for50.32%of the country’s total population. Power as one of the critical infrastructure in rural areas, is related to the basic needs of rural residents’life, even raising the standard of living, promote sustainable development of economy, and it’s an important safeguards for building a moderately prosperous society. However, many rural areas was no electricity, the reason is remote location and natural conditions. Only through the construction of rural power system, to narrow the gap of the regional development level and the income of urban and rural residents, to maintain the society fair and the harmonious development of the society. Visible, the power construction of remote areas without electricity is very important. These construction projects has certain difference, which compared with ordinary electric power construction projects, application of economic evaluation on power supply mode selection in remote areas without electricity has the practical significance for investors’ decision-making.First, study the characteristics and situation of the power constructionin in the remote areas without electricity, and analysis of national development planning and policy factors on the impact of theconstruction process. Second, the analysis of the factors affecting the comprehensive benefit of the power construction project in the remote areas, building the economic evaluation index system power supply mode, that is used for the remote areas without electricity. Proposed economic evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build a power supply mode to be used in remote areas without electricity, and case studies. Economic evaluation on investment in the construction of two power modes will be used for the analysis of the comprehensive benefits and the impact, of the proposed project and of various factors in the evaluation system for the construction of the main building investment.Finally, in order to promote the investment entities involved in the power construction actively remote areas without electricity, to the process of economic evaluation factors restrict remote areas without electricitypower construction as a reference, to consider and propose the relevant recommendations of the investment and construction will help to solve practical problems.
