The rapid economic development makes a series of changes in the form of rural residential buildings. In the rapid development of the same time, residential buildings are also facing some problems. In this study, the author divides the problem into two aspects:space and energy consumption.Using LCA energy consumption theory as the research route, the LCA energy consumption calculation of Yuan 's residential-reference building in Hanjiang village of southern Liaoning province is calculated, and the energy consumption data of each stage and the C02 emission at each stage of LCA are counted. And to analyze the spatial problems of reference buildings. To optimize the improvement of the problem, and ultimately to meet the daily life of the villagers and reduce the construction of LCA energy consumption and the purpose of carbon emissions. This article is divided into seven chapters to discuss the subject. The first chapter is based on the current situation of China's construction, the running energy consumption and the rural living conditions in Liaoning as the research background of this thesis.Through the study of domestic and foreign scholars and related information access, fully understand the LCA energy consumption theory, and the establishment of the calculation model. The second chapter, through the Han Jiangcun residential building energy consumption and the status quo of construction space for field research. The analysis of the problems existing in rural residential buildings, including space and energy consumption in two aspects. While the status of residential building envelope to record the status quo.In the third chapter,we analyze the examples of Hanjiang Village residential buildings, collect the data of building materials, and count the number of different types of buildings.According to the results of the survey, the reference building is set up,and the energy consumption of each stage of LCA is calculated, and the total energy consumption of the building is analyzed.Based on the data obtained from the energy consumption of reference building LCA,the sensitivity of the building is calculated and analyzed, and the longer the building life is,the lower the annual energy consumption per unit area.In the fourth chapter,we propose the optimal design strategy for the reference space of the building, according to the scale of human and human activities, furniture and household equipment scale, architectural typology and human settlements. In the optimization of space, respectively, the living part of the kitchen, bathroom, storage and traffic parts to optimize.Residential flat combination design, according to the residential building to take different forms of heating design, and the combination of space. The fifth chapter puts forward the optimized design strategy for the building envelope, which is divided into building structure, building roof and doors and windows. At the same time,in the use of solar energy on the optimization program, combined with the local people living habits and building energy consumption, the additional sun between the design to improve.Chapter 6,the comprehensive reference to the existing problems of building, put forward three optimization design. In the design of the program, the building adopts light steel structure.Schemes ? in the construction of steel and wood structure.Option 3 uses another form of light steel structure-"workers" word steel, the building materials as a load-bearing part, and statistics of the list of the cost of building materials. Finally, the LCA energy consumption theory is used to calculate the energy consumption and compare with the reference building.Chapter 7,to optimize the building can be promoted to promote some of the implementation of the way,but also hope that the Government's active involvement, increase the villagers understanding of low-energy buildings.
