Today, with the technological development of more severe environmental problems, climatechange, ecological imbalance and other environmental crisis spread worldwide, internationalenvironmental governance increasingly worthy of attention.MNCs have both positive andnegative, both positive and negative role in international environmental governance. Impactanalysis and research on international environmental governance, multinational corporations,contribute to the development of science policy, the establishment of appropriate mechanisms,encouraging multinational companies continue to engage in activities beneficial to theenvironment, regulatory environment is not conducive to the behavior of multinationals.In order to better address the relationship between multinational corporations and internationalenvironmental governance, this paper outlines the definition of transnational corporations, andpresented the results of some domestic and foreign scholars, and proposed to discuss thephilosophical perspective of technology multinationals and international environmentalgovernance.The second part discusses the analysis of the impact of transnational corporationson the environment. With the accelerated technological development, environmental pollutionand destruction of the world’s more serious, for the management and protection of theenvironment has also been more and more attention. In this process, multinational corporationsplay an important role.Many multinational companies are both environmental pollution anddamage issues maker, but also use their own strengths, to become problem solvers. In theinternational environmental governance, multinational companies have a natural advantage, butalso has an irreplaceable role.The third part of the analysis for multinational environmentalresponsibility, environmental issues discussed multinational has an inescapable responsibilityand should be a positive commitment to environmental responsibility. The fourth part focuseson analyzing the advantages and existing multinational international environmental governance,including the social influence of transnational corporations, multinational technological andeconomic advantages, but also presents multinational practice of double standards, short-termbehavioral and environmental governance imperfect existing problems, such as organizationalstructure.The fifth part philosophical perspective of international environmental governance analysis and demonstration multinationals, combined with obligations based philosophy ofharmony, environmental justice theory and the theory of sustainable development at the core, atthe philosophical level to explore multinational international environmental governance.Finally,in the article above analysis, the question of how to improve international environmentalgovernance multinational companies, including multinational level, also includes the hostcountry and other NGO level.
