Resource Area Public Security Research: Relative Perspective

At the same time, along with the quickening of urbanization and the changes of social structure, social contradiction is becoming more and more complex, social public security will become various government long-term arduous task, government demand will promote the further rapid development of public security; as the growth of dweller income, The safety of the people to the consumer demand will continue to increase,public security problem more and more caused wide public attention. Our country lies in indus-trialized, informationalized, urbanization, commercialize, internationa-lization development the important period of development. On one hand, economic structure transition speed, system vigor increases significantly, national income increased steadily, the level of education and talent quality continued to improve, economic development will maintain long-term positive trend, comprehensive national power will be a new level, will provide a solid guarantee for the development of science and technology. On the other hand, a breakthrough in energy resource and environment restrict, coping with an aging population, solve unbalanced, uncoordinated, unsus-tainable development problems, to the resource area public security put forward more urgent needs.Facing the new situation, we must realize soberly that there are still some weakness and deep-seated problems on resource region of the transformation and the spanning development. In this paper, draw lessons from the West on the basis of the theory, combined with the resources of the local public security present situation and particularity, by applying the comparative research method to resources in public safety management problems of constructing an analytical framework, the improvement of the public security management, and actively explore and study of disaster prevention and reduction ways, finally to the resource area public security management were put forward to improve policy suggestions:improve the resources security law guarantee system, compose builds resource of area public security science and technology security system, establish and improve the unified public security management system and the construction of public security management of the broad participation of the public culture.
