Research On The Improvement Scheme Of Public Security Management Of Harbin Railway Line

The public security management of railway lines is connected with the boost and manufacture of Chinese railway operation on the one hand,and the life and property security of the state and passengers on the other hand.Ensuring the public security of railway lines is an important function of the railway public security system.However,in terms of the general speed railway and high-speed railway lines,the security situation still exists to varying degrees.Therefore,this paper will take Harbin Railway Public Security Department as an example to explore the types and causes of hidden dangers of railway public safety,and also the difficulties confronting by railway public safety departments in the process of law enforcement,in order to improve the efficiency of railway public security management and optimize the railway public security environment.This paper is divided into four chapters.The general writing conception is to discover problems-evaluate problems-resolve problems.Starting with the existing hidden dangers of public security under the jurisdiction of Harbin Railway Public Security Office,through the procedure of field examination,reference research and division,analyzing comparisons and feedback survey,this paper finds the safety problems,manage difficulties and supervision loopholes in the Harbin railway line.This paper analyse the existing problems in the public security management circuit in-depth,and combined with the relevant measures with reference value extracted from the actual situation of various police positions in Harbin Railway Public Security Department,proceed to the next step of improving laws and regulations,innovate service mode,improve system norms,and promote the construction of modern prevention and control system,and seek out the answers to practical problems.In the present research,this paper puts forward the concepts of new service mode and intelligent security system,both of which have universal applicability.While alleviating the work pressure of police,they can better prevent the public security problems of railway lines,and provide new ideas for improving the public security management capability of railway lines in Harbin.
