Coking enterprises tothe production of large iron and steel enterprises required high quality coke must becompounded with large amount of high quality coking coal, but at present most cokingenterprises are in a low profit and negative profit period, with the high quality coal coststoo much, the enterprise no margin of profit, if the enterprise should keep the customersand have good prospects of gain, it is necessary in the reality of limited resources scarce inthe metamorphic degree of coal at present, broaden the coking coal resources, reduce thecost of raw materials, improve the quality of coke. In order to reduce the cost of coalblending, to improve the quality of coke,Through a large coke iron box test and productionpractice of40kg small coke oven coal blending test, In addition to matching test of asphalt,petroleum coke and coal in coal, For the different additives influence on coke quality.Experimental data obtained through: With the2%and3%the proportion of asphalt, Cokecold strength M40and M10change, Other blending ratio, Coke cold strength decreased;Mixing2%of asphalt instead of Yixin coal, Coke strength after reaction increasedobviously; Mixing5%of petroleum coke oven test, Coke cold strength has improved, butthe hot strength decrease; Mixing3%of petroleum coke used in production, The quality ofcoke has no obvious change, but for some effect reduces the coal blending cost; With thelong flame coal, with the increase of the mixing quantity decreased, cold strength of coke,But when the coal amount is less than3%of the smaller impact on the quality of mixedcoal quality and coke, on to a certain extent reduces the coal blending cost.
