Nine kinds of coking single coal were selected as the basic coal,the industrial analysis and adhesion index of single coal were determined,six coal blending schemes were determined,and the industrial analysis,cohesiveness index and coking of six blended coals were tested.Correlation,the results show that the coking correlation curve shows that there is a difference between the coal volatilization escape and the expansion pressure curve.Different expansion pressures cause different degrees of volume change in the coal blending,corresponding to The volatile fraction escape curve exhibits different peak shapes.The coking correlation curve can reveal the interaction between coking coal softening and melting,expansion and contraction,and volatile matter escape during coke formation.40kg coke oven coking test was carried out for 6 kinds of coal blending.The traditional thermal properties of coke,the comprehensive thermal properties of coke and different hierarchical structures were tested.The results of comprehensive thermal properties of coke showed that the strength of coke decreased first and then increased with the increase of temperature,but the intensity variation range was significantly different.The addition of 1/3 coking coal and coking coal enhanced the high temperature range of coke.The post-reaction strength and coke heat treatment reduction A(CSR25-CPHTS)can more clearly reflect the high temperature resistance of coke.The results of different levels of coke measurements show that the multi-coordinated coking coal can increase the anisotropy of coke optical structure and reduce the microporosity,but the change of the comprehensive thermal properties of coke is not large.Two kinds of single coals with different properties were selected,and the coking correlation of single coal and the comprehensive thermal properties and different hierarchical structures of 40kg coke oven coke were analyzed.Combined with the properties of the previous six coal blends and the corresponding coke quality indicators,The comprehensive index of coking correlation a and the comprehensive index of coke comprehensive thermal intensity CSR25*,and there is a good correlation between the two,the correlation coefficient R2=0.8462,which provides a more scientific research idea for coke quality prediction.The correlation between the comprehensive thermal properties of coke and different hierarchical structures was studied,and the correlation regression equation was established:CSR25*=-3.385P-0.83Odp+0.922tw+3.854S+236.081,R2=0.949.It shows that the thermal strength of coke is affected by many factors such as pore structure.This study provides an experimental basis and theoretical basis for scientific evaluation of coking coal properties and coke quality and optimization of coal blending structure.Figure 15;Table 22;Reference 60...
