Research On The Influence Of Enterprise Safety Activities On Safety Culture

Safety is the eternal focus in the history of humans civilization. Safety culture,the emerging discipline, is derived from safety science. It is also the cognitive andsummary of the development of safety. Safety culture is an important part ofenterprise culture, and it is in a very important position during building enterpriseculture. Safe product needs excellent safety culture, which is the important conceptionbasis. Excellent safety culture reflects the attention to safety, the safety level and thesummary of an enterprise. Safety activities are not only the carriers and forms to helppeople achieve security, but also the practice to product and develop in the safeconditions. Safety activities, an important part of dairy activities in company, meansextreme importance to the safety of enterprise. Safety culture and safety activities arenot completely independent. Found in practice, they have very close relationship.From the1980s, when scholars put forward the concept of safety culture, the study ofsafety culture develops from qualitation to quantitation. On the basis of affirming thesignificance of safety culture for safety production, build and improve safety culturehave a variety of ways. However, while the impact on the safety culture of safetyactivities is evident, the writings of improving the level of safety culture by studyingsafety activities are rare. Therefore, in an enterprise, it is meaningful to upgrade thelevel of safety culture by adjusting and improving safety activities.The main research contents of this paper is as follows:（1）Summarize the relationship between safety culture and safety activities,classify the forms of safety activities, and establish the contact between safetyactivities and the first-order dimensions of safety culture.（2）Build the hypothetical models for safety culture and safety activities. Onthis basis, design the questionnaire, which has7subscales（3）The SPSS19.0software was utilized to analyze the collected survey data.The reasonable reliability and stability proves that the questionnaire has both thereliability analysis and the validity analysis, that is, the data can be used to analyze inthe next steps.（4）The relationships of the participants in safety activities and safety activitiesand safety culture and safety activities are the two angles. Analyze the data byFrequencies, Correlation, One-way Anova and Linear Regression to get the results ofthe relationships. Summarize the results and proposes the responses, which can improve the level of safety culture by launching or changing safety activities.
