With the strengthening of people’s aesthetic ideas, majority of women not only require clothing can reflect the personal tastes, display social status, but also pay more and more attention to the role of their body modification. From birth to the present, Jeans has been popular. A superior of hip-lifting jeans can heighten the hip, correct body type, moreover it does not produce sense of restraint. However, the kind of jeans with functionality and comfort are rare, the most widespread have the problems that structure design of crotch are unreasonable. Therefore, the study on structure design of hip-lifting jeans is quite significant.This topic started in the survey on the consumers of hip-lifting jeans, in order to in-depth understand structure issues of hip-lifting jeans on the current market. Then, according to market survey, selected220female college students from19to26years old to carry out the static measurements, using SPSS, done cluster analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis on data which have been collected, and made hip vector transverse diameter ratio and hip body ratio as variables to subdivision hip morphology. After that, analyzed correlation about female lower body characterized and pants structure, to determine three pattern structure parameters affecting the effect of lifting hip, namely the hip loose amount, crotch width, after crotch inclination angle. By changing these three structural parameters,27different combinations were gained. Making reference to conventional patternmaking method about the body-fitted pants, made27experimental jeans. Then chose wearer based on body measurement data mean of the human whose hip morphological is normal, carried out wearing experiments on the effect of shaping hip, as well as the objective test experiment on pressure value which pants imposed on the hip. Finally, using SPSS to analyze data tested by above two experiments, to identify relevance between hip loose amount, crotch width, after crotch inclination angle and effect value of shaping hip, pressure value of test point, gained the related regression model, and according to the regression model to determine the best compatibility value of the three structural parameters, gained the pattern optimization program about the jeans with the best.The innovation of this paper is to combine the pressure comfort concerned by current, the effect of lifting hip on jeans with the structure design of pants, resulting in jeans pattern with good hip-lifting effect and comfort. In general, the clothing pressure exerted by jeans is mainly in the pressure value of hip salient point. If the value is little, the good shaping hip effect will not be achieved, if too large, will affect comfort. On the other hand, the effect value of hip salient point height has a positive correlation with pressure value of hip salient point, therefore, in the range of comfort threshold, the greater effect values of hip salient point height are, the better the effect of lifting hip is. Linking the structure parameters design to wearing effect of shaping hip and the pressure, can afford reference to the research for jeans corporate. The optimized pattern of hip-lifting jeans has good practical value, and it will meet the needs of those women whose hips are drooping.
