| As living standards and consumption levels rise, consumers'requirements for fitted jeans become higher and higher. At the same time, there is a big emphasis on the aesthetic property of jeans as more attention is paid to its comfort. Furthermore, in order to improve brands' competitive power, Jeans enterprises give more and more focus to the core part of Jeans technology and production which means that jeans patterns are more and more important as of now. In other words, this paper's main objective is to show optimized research on what concerns the pattern of fitted jeans so that the right needs are met.Firstly, the female age group that corresponds to this type of jeans is from 18 to 30 years old. Through the market investigation that identified this consumer group, it was found that most young women that belongs to this age group have bachelor degree or above, but their income is low. Moreover, they prefer both moderate elastic and moderate waist fitted jeans. They also pay more attention to the pattern and design when buying jeans and believe that the problems of fitted jeans are located on the waist and hip. Improving the fit; thereby enhancing movement comfort and increasing buttock effect is in their most urgent demands and needs, so that their postures in daily life can be natural while walking, sitting or being cross-legged.Secondly, Static measurements were carried out to 220 young women whose age ranges from 18 to 30 years old. Now, based on descriptive statistics the main parts averages are got; By clustered analysis, the data indicates that women's body types are divided into three main categories:height, girth and angle. The correlation between longitudinal variables and height is strong and the one between horizontal variables and hip circumference is strong as well. The factor analysis, height factor, girth factor and haunches characteristic factor are the three principal components; by means of regression analysis, some main regression equations are acquired; After the haunches feature analysis, it is concluded that women's general body type is divided into: normal boy, flat body and thick hip body.Thirdly, on the base of brand fitted jeans, fitted pants' basic pattern is made by using draping and planar design methods. After the basic pattern's analysis, it was found that the range of conventional deviant front and back crease lines are from 0 to 4.8 cm and from 0 to 6.75 cm. Simplifying the complex pattern of these pants in a more plain geometric model, regression equations of inseam, crotch width, crotch deep and inseam angle are all about deviant crease lines.Fourthly, this experiment's scheme was designed by using optimization methods, taking examples from core ideal sections. The compatibility program of deviant front and back crease lines is acquired in three-dimensional ways; According to this program, six types of jean bases are made to perfect pattern with respect to fitted pants. The relation equations between jut-out value and deviant crease line are obtained.Fifthly, based on the theory of fitted pants' crease line, fitted jeans' pattern are below six levels of fluctuation of crease lines. Those six samples are manufactured with low elastic jeans fabric. Through fitting experiments and subjective evaluations, the range of deviant crease line and the best compatibility value are obtained. At last, the application of these optimum fitted jeans' pattern is analyzed by multiple cases.In conclusion, this project has met the main need of optimizing fitted jeans pattern by showing improvements in the dynamic comfort of fitted jeans through changes in crease line. Therefore, studying the relationship between the variable parameters of pants' pattern and deviant crease line as well as acquiring the compatibility scheme of front and back crease line. In other words, this is the way to optimize fitted jeans' pattern. This work refers to jeans enterprises, to create high added value for their product via significant theoretical elements. |
