Ecological system is a multifunctional, multi-level, a resource system of compound, along with the global ecological problems rise, people gradually realize the importance of ecosystem and irreplaceable. In this paper, on the basis of the research on the case at home and abroad, makes a classification and comparison of ecosystem service function of nature and the city, and combined with the Costanza’s ecosystem assessment methods, made their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In order to make Jinshi city fast for ecological civilization city, this paper made analyzed with the service function evaluation indicators and established the evaluation index system, the final selection of market pricing method, shadow engineering method, the cost of replacement method, opportunity cost method, CVM, travel cost method to evaluate the forest, farmland, wetland Jinshi three kinds of ecosystem service function value.According to the assessment results, in2011the city of Jinshi the total value of forest ecosystem service function1.19billion yuan, the total value of farmland ecosystem service is2.06billion yuan, and the total value of wetland ecosystem is3.44billion yuan. The total benefit value of ecosystem service function of three types of6.69billion yuan, is the city of86%of GDP. Among them, the direct product of economic value of1.17billion yuan, the indirect economic value of5.52billion yuan, indirect economic value is the direct product of4.7times of economic value. The three type of ecosystem service function value of Jinshi city sequence is wetland> farmland> forest. Indirect economic value according to contribution rate of sequence, the ecological service functions of the order is as follows:the climate regulation> direct product> carbon fixation and oxygen release> water conservation> biodiversity> recreational value> water supply>soil conservation value>non use value>environment purification.Thus, the wetland ecosystem play the maximum ecological benefits value in the Jinshi city. In addition, climate regulation, carbon fixation and oxygen release function, function of water conservation and biodiversity protection function of economic service value is very large, accounting for indirect economic value is93.1%, the most important function of ecosystem services ecosystem city. This research through the evaluation of ecosystem service function value of Jinshi city, reveals its ecosystem hidden potential economic value and development, through the value of the ecosystem services function of the size of the order, is conducive to change people to change on the ecological environment consciousness, raise the awareness of environmental protection, provide reference for sustainable development of construction and social ecological city.
