Research On Wetland Ecosystem Value Assessment In Fuzhou City Of China

Wetland is known as“The kidney of the earth”,is one of the most important ecosystems on the earth,has the unique ecological service function and the significant social and economic value,has the irreplaceable function to the human survival and development.Wetlands not only provide habitats for wild animals and plants,but also provide fresh water resources and ecological products for human beings.They also have important ecological functions such as water conservation,climate regulation and water quality purification,is the world’s most valuable and productive ecosystem.However,in the past,due to people’s weak awareness of eco-environmental protection and the lack of scientific assessment of wetland ecosystem value,the unreasonable development and excessive utilization of wetlands resulted in large-scale degradation of wetlands and destruction of wetland ecosystem,further affecting the sustainable development of human beings,Fuzhou wetland is diverse in types,uneven in area distribution,obvious in regional characteristics and obvious in wetland degradation.Therefore,the value of wetland ecosystem is scientifically assessed,for the sustainable use of wetlands in Fuzhou.In this study,the Fuzhou wetland ecosystem services were divided into three categories:Product Supply Services,ecological regulation services and spiritual and cultural services,based on the three types of service functions and divided into ten types of service indicators,according to the regional characteristics of the Fuzhou Fuzhou wetland ecosystem,a framework system for accounting the value of the Fuzhou wetland ecosystem was constructed,accounting the ecosystem service function of the Fuzhou wetland,using the economic method to calculate the ecosystem service value of the Fuzhou wetland in 2015 and2018,through analyzing the annual change of the ecosystem service value of the Fuzhou wetland,to clarify the reasons of the change of the service value of Fuzhou wetland ecosystem and the problems of Fuzhou wetland ecosystem,to provide suggestions for the sustainable development of Fuzhou wetland ecosystem.In 2015,the ecosystem service value of Fuzhou wetland was 1822.56×10~8yuan,the highest value of ecological regulation service s 1456.64?10~8yuan,the value of product supply was 349.75?10~8yuan,and the value of spiritual culture was16.17?10~8yuan.In 2018,the value of wetland ecosystem services in Fuzhou was1884.92?10~8yuan,the value of ecological regulation services was 1395.47?10~8yuan,the value of product supply was 467.35?10~8yuan,and the value of spiritual culture was 22.10?10~8yuan.Compared with 2015,the value of Fuzhou wetland ecosystem increased by 62.36?10~8yuan in 2018.,of which the value of product supply increased by 117.60?10~8yuan,and the value of spiritual culture increased by 5.93?10~8yuan.Compared with 2015,the value of ecological regulation decreased by 61.17?10~8yuan,mainly due to the reduction of water flow regulation function by 89.20?10~8yuan.The accounting system analysis and ways of this study enrich the existing theoretical system of wetland ecosystem service value accounting to a certain extent,and make a suitable calculate system of the value of the wetland in Fuzhou City of China.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of wetland in Fuzhou,combined with the calculation results of ecosystem service value in Fuzhou,Put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
