Natural elastic energy of low permeability reservoir is generally small in our country.Flood is the most common exploitation way to maintain the producing energy and increaseultimate recovery of reservoir. In the present and the future for a long peirod, the flooddevelopment will continue to be the main form of oilfield development. So, for workersengaged in oilfield development, the research on development effect of flood oilfield has greatsignificance.In this paper,firstly determine the evaluation indicators that impact on lfood developmentpotential and flood development effect,then show the estimation methods and evaluationcriteira for each indicator.Secondly, combined with the actual situation of Baoziwan South, doa concrete analysis to flood development potential evaluation indicators and flooddevelopment effect indicators, then establish separately evaluation system of the BaoziwanSouth flood development diiffcult degree and Baoziwan South lfood development potentialand Baoziwan South flood development effect.Finally, use the fuzzy mathematics and analytichierarchy process and mathematical sotfware Matlab7.0to rate the evaluation systemestablished, The evaluation results is that Baoziwan South flood development diiffcult degreebelongs to the "poor",the Baoziwan South flood development potential belongs to the "better”and Baoziwan South flood development effect is "good". Then analysis the actual oil wellproduction of Baoziwan South, which indicates the application of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation theory is better.-...
