Laneway support design is an important part of mine design.A Good Support Program is important to guarantee the safety in production of coal mine. At present, The methods of supporting design include experience design, formula and verify with the mechanical simulation in our country. This process requires not only the designer has considerable design experience and the accumulation of knowledge but also in the manual calculation process is complex, the heavy workload. Designed programs often can not make supporting effect and support costs both the best. This article and the support Program Screening System is based on the above issues.Firstly, This article conducted a study on failure mechanism of rock and support theory , Analyzed the output method of supporting the program by computer and the method of calculating the stability of surrounding rock by computer.Secondly, Analyzed the Finite difference theory and numerical simulation methods, Studied the method of secondary development FLAC and the method of mass screening support programs and parameters.Thirdly, Analyzed the principle of fuzzy mathematics , Studied the method of second evaluation and computer methods by using Fuzzy.Finally,using a software engineering design idea as guidance to do the system's requirements analysis and integrated design. The system is split into six function modul : the underlying data writer, the calculation of stablilty , the choice of support schemes,the formation of the parameters collection,screening programs,automatic out-putting system. according to the input parameters, analyzed the damage of the surrounding roadway, calculated the stability level of surrounding rock by using formula. Get the support plan and Initial support parameters by Supporting standards and the stability level. Parametric modeling by finite-difference program FLAC3D to looder , Batch simulation screening programs. Comprehensive evaluat the displacement volume of programs supporting and the Support costs by Fuzzy To gain the best option. Automatic drawing roadway cross section diagram, Output support program, generates a text file by using AUTO CAD.This project was supported by myself independently from design ideas to the process to achieve complete. Through the study of this project, to take a new advantage of output support program by using computer, provided a new interface technology for VB and FLAC connection, achieved an original modeling technology, Second evaluated the program supporting by using fuzzy mathematics, to take a new advantage of balance support schemes and support costs. This is the first time that combined with a variety of ways to generation the support schemes. The research results of this project provided new ideas and methods for future similar studies.
