A Study Of Style:Trends Of Ready-to-Wear In The Four Fashion Weeks During The First Decade Of The21st Century

There are five chapters in this paper. First, the paper is opening with the chapter of basic background, there is a quick reading structure in this article, started with concept, then a short description of this decades’trends in each season, and then, to help analysis the reason why and how these trends happened, the chapter gives the factors which influence the phenomenon in each season as a total reason. In the first chapter, there are a introduction, a specific literature review, methods of how to do this study, and the great meaning in this study. In the specific literature review, the studies are described in five kinds,which are as about costume style, as trends theory, as first material like journals in fashion and new media, as paper in fashion and style, and as fashion industry.In the second chapter, concepts are talked about the most. And the following features behind each noun,"style","fashion","the four fashion weeks"and " Ready-to-Wear" or "pret-a-porter" are the key nouns in this chapter.In the third chapter, there is a specific description of each year and season in the four fashion weeks of the first decade in21st century. And every description includes the main trend of the season, the fashionable piece, the colours and patten, the fabric or material, the details, the whole silhouette, the accessories, and the piece match. And as a conclusion in the end, this chapter also finds out a clue behind this whole decade’s trends. In the four chapter, there are the reasons of why and how these trends and style happened. The factors include time, location, environment, technology, and the brands influence. This chapter’s main idea is the technology factor, as this paper base on the background of the21st century.In the fifth chapter, there is a conclusion. It sums up the most important idea of this study, and also a percect ending to this paper.
