| Due to the huge development of Offshore Oil&Gas industry in recent years, the Deep Water development is under the spot light right now. From the normal region below300m, to the deep ocean of2500m, Get Oil from Deep Water, become the main target of big oil company.After30years development of Offshore Oil&Gas industry in China, there were used to be bunches of Joint Venture in this industry, right now most of the domestic oilfields only have sole operator from China. Company C, as the sole Exploitation and Exploration Company offshore, takes the first step into the deep water region by support from Government. In a Deep Water Project, it always demands billions of RMB investment, and a rigid operation window, a professional Project Management is the main factor to contribute the success ofproject.This Paper describes one Company C’s Project LH4-1, with the application of current project management process in company, to introduce a new pattern of Management for this specific project.
