Research On Well-Control Management Of Liaohe Oilfield

The article takes well control management of liaohe oilfield for study object, in order to improve the level of well control management work. It provides theoretical support and actual guide for liaohe oilfield to avoid blowout accident and hazardous gas injury, realize well control safety.First, we diagnoses research status of well control management at home and abroad, analyse the organization structure and features of well control management of liaohe oilfield, conclude main problems in well control management of liaohe oilfield:well control equipment unsatisfiable for safety requirement, irrational well control technology, operation or command mistake. The causes for the problems include:imperfect equipment management system, insufficiency of technology management and operation supervision, inattentive staff training system. On the basis, we pur forward work principle and organization structure suitable for the well control management of liaohe oilfield, then advise relevant safety management measures which include reinforcement in well control risk classification management and operation process classification supervision, enhancement of staff training system by classified training and active training, establishment of emergency management system regarding to well blowout accident.Based on the article, we know that well control management is a systematic project which involves several aspects and specialties. To do a good job of well control management, we must pay high attention to the work, perfect management organization network and regime, do well in equipment management, technology management, operation supervision, staff management and emergency management.
