With the development of economy and market growth in demand for energy, oilpipeline transportation pipeline, especially product oil pipeline transportation has beendeveloped rapidly, At the same time, due to the long distance oil pipeline has thecharacteristics of large diameter, long distance, high pressure and high transmission volumes,in today’s product oil pipeline transportation process occurred damage to equipment, pipelineleakage, fire, explosion, environment pollution emergencies. These accidents will bringsignificant economic losses and social influence to the pipeline transportation. Therefore,how to do the analysis and management of finished oil transportation emergencies, reduceand respond to product oil pipeline accidents is a major problem in pipeline companies faceproblems. In this paper, an in-depth study of the project, in order to obtain the way to dealwith a set of effective product oil pipeline transportation emergencies.
