Antimicrobial properties of hemp stalk powders against Staphylococcusaureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans were test with oscillation tests;extracted hemp stalk powders with petroleum ether, ethyl ether, ethanol,70%ethanol and water, measured the antimicrobial properties before andafter extraction; tested antimicrobial properties of hemp stalk powdersextracts using inhibition zone method and minimum inhibitory concentrationvalue method; finishing hemp stalk powders extracts on cotton, viscose,polyester, bamboo viscose fabrics, measure the antimicrobial properties offabrics against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicansantimicrobial with the oscillation method; test hemp stalk powders extractswith infrared testing and other physicochemical testing. Drawn: antibacterialrates of hemp stalk powders against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli,Candida albicans were41%,70%,50%; extracted hemp stalk powder abtaindeffective antibacterial ingredients with ether, ethanol,70%ethanol,70%ethanol extract best; hemp stalk powders extracts might to be natural antibacterial agents; effective antimicrobial compositions of hemp stalkpowders extracts containing flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids.Oscillations were determined to test antimicrobial rates of hemp fibersagainst Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans; with70%ethanol, ethanol and petroleum ether extracted antibacterial ingredients inhemp fabric, tested the antimicrobial properties after extraction. Drawn:antimicrobial rates of hemp fabric against the three bacterial strains abovewere91%,80%,85%; through antibacterial activities against three strainsdecreased to61%,42%,50%after extraction with solvents, antimicrobialproperties of hemp were not disappear with anti-bacterial ingredientsextracted completely, the part remained related to porous structure of hemp.
