Hemp textiles have good antibacterial ability, moisture permeability, shielding radiation health functions, is the real "green product." However, due to historical reasons and the inherent properties of cannabis, hemp textile processing technology was not mature enough. And compared to traditional chemical degumming process, the quality of the hemp fiber, energy costs, environmental pollution, bio-degumming technology has great advantages and good prospects. The current technical difficulty is how to further reduce the degummed fiber residual gum and lignin. The results show that the strain capable of producing high pectinase which can reduce the residual gum marijuana, but difficult to achieve the requirements of the textile, it must be combined with certain chemical treatment process to further improve the degumming effects of cannabis.Bacillus sp.2A was selected from the conserved cannabis strains of degumming ability. The strain has the maximum production capacity of pectinase and retting ability. It can not produce cellulose. Degummed hemp residual gum is 17%, proved to be an effective degumming strain.Bacillus sp.2A use nitrogen ion beam mutagenesis methods, target chamber evacuated to 10 -3 Pa, injection energy 20~25 keV, a dose of 6×1014~25×1014 ions/cm-2. Dominant strains were screened according to qualitative and quantitative observations. Pectinase production and degumming effects can be seen from 36-4 are better than Bacillus sp.2A and other mutant strains. Bacillus sp.36-4's pectinase production or its effect on retting, are better than Bacillus sp.2A and other mutant strains. Extracellular enzyme analysis demonstrated that Bacillus sp.36-4 can secrete high activity of pectinase and xylanase and trace mannanase, do not produce cellulase.Pre-treatment is the key step to Cannabis microbial-chemical degumming process. The main role of the pre-treatment is to remove part of the pectin, reduce the burden on the following degumming; Wet fiber to allow swell the hemp fiber, make it looser, to improve penetrability of scouring agent during csouring process. While in the post-treatment process is to choose the appropriate amount of additives, and alkali. The degumming process are:(1) sample preparation (2) pre-acid treatment:2.0g/L of sulfuric acid, pre-acid for 2 hours, liquor ratio 1:25, the temperature is 50℃. (3) Applied Microbiology:Bacillus sp.36-4, inoculation of 10%, liquor ratio 1:25,35℃degumming 48h (4) chemical scouring process:NaOH 3%, Na2SiO3 0.3%, Na3PO4 0.3%, NaSO2 2%, atmospheric pressure, temperature 100℃, bath ratio 1:25, time for 1.5 hours.By micro-organisms-chemical degumming, hemp weight loss, residual gum and lignin contents were 32.6%,2.5% and 4.74%. COD value is lower than the chemical degumming 83.5%, to a certain extent, reduce the pollution of water. Therefore, further expanding the scale degumming experiment, and explore the actual production conditions for large-scale industrial production test.
