With the change of people's concept of clothing, functional textiles have entered people's field of vision.Hemp fiber has attracted widespread attention due to its natural antibacterial properties. As a special type of textile and clothing, denim clothing is more complex than other textile and clothing products. At present, there is still a gap to be filled in the technical development and production of antibacterial denim at home and abroad. Therefore, studying the influence of denim garment molding process on the antibacterial properties of hemp fiber enriches the application market of hemp fiber, and is of great significance to the development and utilization of natural antibacterial textiles. In this paper,by comparing the standards and methods of testing the antibacterial properties of various textiles, combined with the characteristics of hemp fibers, the shock method was used to test the effects of degumming, dyeing and washing processes on the antibacterial properties of hemp fibers. The ammonium oxalate-complex enzyme combined degumming process was used to degumming hemp. The effects of compound enzyme ratio, compound enzyme treatment temperature and treatment time on the antibacterial rate, residual glue rate, breaking strength and lignin content of hemp fibers were investigated.Through the comprehensive analysis of each factor and index through the orthogonal experiment, the optimal process conditions for degumming are as follows: the ratio of compound enzyme is 1:2,the treatment temperature is55 ?,and the treatment time is 70 min.The lignin in the hemp fiber was extracted for the inhibition zone experiment. The results showed that the lignin had no obvious antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli. The type of dye and dye auxiliaries also affect the antibacterial properties of hemp fiber. After dyeing with direct yellow, reactive red, synthetic indigo and plant indigo, the antibacterial properties of hemp yarn against Escherichia coli decreased by 31.4%,22.1%,61.8% and 10.3%,respectively.With the increase of the dye concentration, the antibacterial properties of the yarns gradually decreased, but the plant indigo retained a certain antibacterial activity and increased slightly. The dye auxiliaries also have different effects on the antibacterial properties, the degree of influence is sodium hydroxide > sodium sulfate > hydrosulfite > penetrant. In the finishing process of denim, washing water can create different styles.Traditional washing mostly adopts fermentation washing, manganese bleaching, oxygen bleaching and chlorine bleaching.Under the same fading effect, the antibacterial rates of enzyme washing, oxygen bleaching, chlorine bleaching and manganese bleaching decreased by 10.4%,7.2%,7% and 11.2% respectively. The antibacterial properties of hemp yarn were negatively correlated with the concentration of washing water.Ozone treatment becomes a research hotpot in order to save water and energy and reduce pollution. The effect of ozone on the antibacterial properties of hemp yarn was investigated by changing the treatment time, yarn moisture content and different p H values. The influence degree of three factors on the antibacterial rate of hemp is p H value>treatment time>moisture content. When the p H value is 7,the best antibacterial performance of hemp is 84.66%;after the treatment time exceeds 20 min,the antibacterial rate begins to decrease;when the yarn moisture content is 60%,the antibacterial rate reaches the highest 84.9%.
