| Flower-shaped is one of the decorative methods of traditional Chinese costumes; meanwhile,it also plays an important role in traditional arts and crafts. After experiencing cultural influenceand historical accumulation, Flower-shaped has formed its own unique styling features andcultural connotations. This dissertation studies Flower-shaped in traditional costumes. Based ondetailed analysis from history background, aesthetic features, craft material to other aspects, andanalysis and summary，I get a compared deep understanding of Flower-shaped. Then combineinnovation thinking and professional theory, design innovational research and practice, therebysummarize some design methods and practices, as well as the existing problems. Hope that thisstudy will provide some useful information for designers. |
