The University period, is a special stage in the development of life,is from in high school tension learning state to the university more freedom, loose environment, leading to the diet structure is not reasonable. This kind of undesirable structure makes the college students, nutrition surplus caused obesity disease as well as the intake of nutritional deficiencies, make physical quality decline. According to the daily diet of college students, through the investigation and analysis, coming to the factors that affect their physical health.through reasonable oversighting and implementation of the measures, to regulate the diet of college students, and effectively improve the physical health of college students.500sophomore and junior students are selected from Changsha five colleges and universities approved by the Ministry of Education.One985and one211colleges, two provincial key university, a municipal key universities in different levels of the college, the student’s school investigation findings have representative. Reasonable food choices, improve their dietary structure, in order to effectively improve their physical health.
