Research And Implementation On Process Management And User Management Of Knitting Production PDM Management System

In recent years, advanced technology and management skills, especially computertechnology, were constantly adopted by knitting enterprises in the production process, thusthe research and development capability of products and market competitiveness of theenterprise were improved. At the same time, the design data and a variety of technicaldocuments of the enterprise which were produced in the product development process wereexcessively increased. These data and documents can only be opened in the appropriatesoftware, this will not be conducive to the transfer and exchange of data between the everydepartment of the enterprise, it is also not conducive to manage and use the product data ofthe enterprise. Combined PDM technology principle in other industries with knittingproduction, analyzed knitting production process, the architecture of the knittingproduction PDM management system was redesigned.In this thesis, PDM management system and its application status at home and abroadwere expounded. Characteristics and management status of the knitting production werebriefly introduced, the application status of the PDM management system in the textileenterprise was summarized. On the basis of knitted fabric production and the characteristicsof the PDM system, the knitting production PDM management system was designed, andfunctions of knitting production PDM system were introduced.Qt v2010.05was chosen as the development software for knitting PDM managementsystem, C++language was the programming language, Microsoft Visual Studio2010wasused to debug C++programs, SQLite3was selected as the back-end database of thesystem.Knitting production PDM management system was divided into eight functionalmodules: user management module, file management module, project management module,process management module, customer management module, product management module,supplier management module and query information module. Knitting enterprises cancontrol and follow all product-related information and the production or managementprocess related to all products. This subject focused mainly on analyzing and establishing models for three important modules, the process management module, the usermanagement module and the product management module; specific functions of threemodules were designed and implemented by related softwares.Process Management module allows users to manage related processes of theenterprise through process management in knitting production PDM management system,to monitor all production data in the process of knitting production; when users openprocess management module, they can review, change, query, modify and add processes.User management module is aimed to set the different powers of the use of product data forthe various roles involved in the product development and production management, andprovided a secure access control policy for the knitting production PDM managementsystem. Product management module provides to manage the structure definition andconfiguration management of products, users can easily browse and maintain the data ofcorporate machines, technology, raw materials and products.In this paper, through researching and realizing the process management module, usermanagement module and product management module of knitting production PDMmanagement system, so that the knitting production PDM management system can be moresuitable for the production of knitting enterprises.
