The soil is an important environmental factor, an important material basis of allmankind’s survival. With the continuous development of the socio-economic,environmental pollution problems, especially the recent emergence of "blood lead,cadmium rice" and "tobacco heavy metal", had to let us pay more attention to soil pollutionproblem. Soil pollution problem has become an important factor to restrict the developmentof China’s economic, social and environmental harmony. However, our current soilpollution prevention and control of the legal system is not complete, some important systemthere is missing, thus there have been some problems in the prevention of pollution of thesoil, did not achieve the effect of pollution control.The author believes our ongoing efforts to strengthen the prevention and control of soilpollution has a very important urgency.
