With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society, continuous increase in industrialization and urbanization, soil pollution has become more serious. The expansion of the area of soil pollution,which has not yet been effectively controlled, and the diversity and complexity of soil pollution sources, make soil pollution prevention and control more difficult. The deteriorating situation of soil pollution has become China's significant resistance of the economic sustainable development.Therefore, strengthening the soil environment protection, prevention of soil pollution has become China's current process of social development key strategic task. In order to carry out the prevention and control of soil pollution, the major thing is to achieve the legal system through legal means to all aspects of soil pollution prevention and control into areas of the law. The absence of the legal system, so that prevention and control of soil pollution in China encountered many problems can not follow a serious impact on China's soil environment protecton work. The purpose of this research lies in the adoption of soil pollution prevention and control of our legal system to make recommendations to improve, build and promote legislation on soil pollution prevention and control work.In view of this, the article is based on sustainable economic development background, combined with the status quo of soil pollution in China by drawing on law, environmental law and ecological sciences related disciplines, such as the theory, using comparative, value and economic analyses, research methods, China Soil Pollution Prevention Law System has done a detailed analysis of issues and recommendations.
