In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic componentsmanufacturing industry in our country, the resulting environmental pollution becomesgradually serious. Check/acceptance for completion of construction projects onEnvironmental Protection plays a critical role in supervision sewage and pollutionprevention as the first means after trial production.Since the manufacturing technique of electronic components manufacturingindustry updates fast, the producing pollution nodes are secluded and severelypolluted, it’s difficult to carry out the check/acceptance work, the technical guidelinesfor check/acceptance in our country have not issued at present. Works ofcheck/acceptance department exist the problem of randomness, the difficulties tocontrol and evaluate the quality of check/acceptance result. Thus, in order to insurethe specification and justice of check/acceptance work. Setting regularity ofcheck/acceptance for completion of construction projects on Environmental Protectionin electronic components manufacturing industry becomes increasingly urgent.In this article, the author summarizes check/acceptance experience forconstruction completion in electronic components manufacturing industry and raisesthe difficulties in the research of the technical guidelines for check/acceptance: insureindustrial characteristic pollution factors, verification factors of hazardous waste andevaluating principle of acceptance standard and so on. To solve these problems, thisessay makes large survey analysis and puts forward corresponding key point guidance:1: To determine the characteristics of pollution factors of electronic componentsmanufacturing industry through the research analysis of five typical manufacturingtechniques and producing pollution nodes.2: To insure the source, identification, the principle of management and inspectionof hazardous waste through the verification points study of hazardous waste inelectronic components manufacturing industry.3: To insure the evaluation principles of acceptance standard in electroniccomponents manufacturing industry through comparative analysis of the waste waterand gas multiple discharge standard and electroplating industry standard.Through the research above, this article compiles “the technical guidelines forenvironmental protection in electronic components manufacturing industryconstruction projects for check/acceptance completed project(recommendations)”, andsets the check/acceptance for completion of a”400thousand m2/a high-accuracy PCB board project“as the example to verify and perfect this article and then showsreference to the competent administrative department for environmental protection.
