| Along with the development of agricultural economy and the rapid process of urbaization,rural domestic sewage has become the major source of non-point source pollution in vast rural areas and is one of the important reasons causing water pollution in rural areas.The treatment status of rural domestic wastewater in China and abroad,and the technology modes applied at present were described systematically in this paper. As the compositions of the rural domestic wastewater were more complex, and its quality and the quantity changed greatly from site to site, in the adoption of these technologies the following factors should be considered such as the social and economical development level,and cost in construction and maintanance. Although there are many techniques available in developed countries in the treatment of domestic sewage, the shortage of funds, poor consciousness in public, lack of proper systems in management, and lack of technologyseriously block the application of these technologies in our country. So new technology which adapts to China national condition should be developed.Based on the scientific research of demonstration project, this study focused on finding out the key problems in engineering design, construction, check and acceptance of rural domestic sewage treatment system, and expound the methods and ways to deal with these situations. According to our research and experiece,5 processes, these are anaerobic and oxidation pond complex processing technology, anaerobic and compounded medium bioreactor technology, solar energy aerate reoxygenation wetlands technology, anaerobic and oxygen technology, land percolate and filtrate technology,were described and suggested in the domestic sewage treatemt. |
