| It is noticeable that tree peony as a traditional plant of flower. At the same time, people begin to focus on its nutritious material of many active components. Tree peony seed is the dried ripe seeds of the tree peony, rich oil content and high unsaturated fatty acid content, but the research on tree peony seeds as comprehensive development and utilization reports are very rare. In this experiment, we carried out on a more comprehensive, in-depth research about tree peony seeds, seed pods and seed coat.The use of n-hexane ultrasonic assisted extraction method for tree peony seeds, by the Response Surface Analysis to optimum extracting condition. The optimum the content of n-hexane ultrasonic extraction the seed oil was29.00%, the optimum conditions were the extraction time:50min, solid vs. liquid ratio:lvs.20, temperature:50℃. At the same time, a comparative analysis of this method with the conventional method of tree peony seeds oil obtained n-hexane ultrasonic extraction oil yield best.A comparative analysis of five different prepared tree peony seed oil yield, in accordance with the oil yield in descending order: n-hexane ultrasonic assisted extraction> supercritical CO2extraction> n-butane subcritical extraction> hot crushing extraction> cold crushing extraction. The use of gas chromatography for the analysis of components of tree peony seed oil showed:relatively low content of saturated fatty acids, high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Through the three indicators of peroxide value, conjugated diene and malondialdehyde to evaluate of different methods of extraction peony seed oil oxidation stability, oxidation resistance from strong to weak order: n-hexane ultrasonic assisted extraction> cold crushing extraction> hot crushing extraction> n-butane subcritical extraction> supercritical CO2extraction.In addition, the residue of tree peony seeds the tree peony seed pods and coat extract research, by the Response Surface Analysis to optimum extracting condition. The optimum conditions were the solid vs. liquid ratio:lvs.10, microwave power230W, microwave time10min. tree peony seed pods paeoniflorin and paeonol yield of phenol were:2.92mg/g,0.91mg/g; tree peony seed coat paeoniflorin and paeonol yield of phenol were:2.88mg/g,0.52mg/g.Thus, tree peony seeds can be prepared edible oils and fats, the remaining product peony seed pods and seed coat also contains effective pharmaceutical ingredients, so that the tree peony seeds have been more fully utilized. |
