| For mining engineering, underground ventilation system is very important to minesafety. Generally, because of the discrete distribution between the mining area in the mine,and with the passage of mining, the mine ventilation is becoming more and more complex,thus request new operation and management methods. The traditional manual, wiredmonitoring due to limitations such as cost, delay and geographic location can’t well meetthe demand of mine monitoring system, for this kind of situation, this article has carried onthe related research.Take the centralized remote monitoring reconstruction of the underground fan ofJianlinshan Daye iron mine as the background, this thesis analyzed the current status ofapplication of remote monitoring system at home and abroad, put forward design idea ofthe project. The remote monitoring system is composed of three parts: field control station,communication network and monitoring station. Take the Omron CP1H Model PLC as themain controller of field control station, to collect analog quantity signal of fans andswitches. Using the wireless network GPRS as the communication network, tocommunicate with Data Terminal Unit (DTU). Choosing the ZHD1X module(made byBeijing ZhenHongWeiYe Technology Co., Ltd) as the terminal DTU. Using the Kingviewwhich produced by WellinTech companies as the software of monitoring station. And thecontroller computers witch produced by Taiwan Yanhua were put ot use as its hardware.Established a centralized modern remote monitoring system of the underground mineventilation with electrical control, communications and computer monitoring technology,by the composition of Kingview, INTERNET, GPRS network, GPRS data terminal andcomposed of PLC.Finally, this project has been successfully implemented in the field, and solved somestriking problems encountered in the debugging process, realized to remote monitoring theseven fans on the Jianlinshan mining site, achieved the effect of energy conservation,reliable and convenience. |
