| Surface water environment was an important part of environmental protection inindustrial agglomeration area. Carrying out water environmental protection of industrygathering area was the important means and effective measures of achievingdevelopment,improving the economic,social and environmental benefits of industrialagglomeration area. This paper took the surface water environment of industrialagglomeration area in LanKao prefecture as the object of study,and through the investigationand data collection,we got the regional natural social environment situation,industrypositioning,space layout and general situation of the water environment;Also,we obtained theemissions of COD and ammonia nitrogenin in2020from water pollution sourcesinvestigation by current situation analysis and prediction: Wastewater emissions were11680000m~3/a;COD emissions were584t/a,and ammonia nitrogen emissions had58.4t/a.According to the surface water environment impact assessment technology andmethod, using the single factor evaluation method and water quality identification indexmethod to analyse and evaluate the water quality situation of industrial cluster area.Then,themathematical model was used to predict the future water quality scientific,which can analysethe water environment problems appearing in the development process of the industrialconcentration area.Planning facilities,such as the sewage pipe network construction hadcomplete basically,and the gathering area was not implement the separate rain drainagesystem; The water quality of DuZhuang river and it’s East branch could not meet the surfacewater quality standard Ⅴ class,because COD and Ammonia nitrogen concentration exceededbid badly; When the Sewage treatment plant was put into use,although it could improve thewater quality,overall,the Du Zhuang river’s water quality was still very poor.If we were not afford the comprehensive improvement,it would be hard to meet the requirements of class Ⅴwater quality standard of surface water.Finally,the countermeasures for protecting waterenvironment were put forward from three aspects of the preventive measures,terminalmanagement and environmental management:First of all,starting with the space layout, theauthor constructed two main chain,which one of them was the industrial cluster regionmechanical industrial and the other was the agricultural and sideline products processingindustrial,and aslo brought forward the adjustment suggestion of the future development trendof the industrial chain of space.Through the research,The author thought that took the circulareconomy and industrial ecology theory as a guide,through the case analysing the relationshipamong the enterprises industrial cluster of symbiotic,constructing the symbiotic enterpriseecological industry chain, which is advantageous for energy efficient utilization and recycling.Combining with LanKao county’s local characteristics, the industrial economic structure wasadjusted and optimized in industrial policy. Point source governance combined with cleanerproduction to analyze. Through the analysis of process of the agglomeration district sewagetreatment plant, the author concluded that in2020it could be implemented to reduce5256t/aof COD and350.4t/a of.ammonia nitrogen after the sewage treatment plant was put into use.Through the specific water reuse,the industrial agglomeration area water availability wasabout13900m~3/d.Finally,the author put forward the environmental management measurescomprehensively from the deadline governance,management organizationconstruction,environmental supervision and management measures, the environmentalmanagement training construction and public participation mechanism construction. |
