Conducted a series of work such as visits, investigations, sample collection, detection, and risk assessment for the pollution of typical industrial agglomeration areas in Zhejiang Province. After fully understanding the pollution situation in the region and analyzing the main organic pollutants, the organisms in the area were acutely poisoned.Experiments and an ecological risk assessment of the environment in the region were carried out as follows:Samples were collected at the station site and organic pollutants in the sediments were screened by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The conclusion was that the concentration of PAHs and phthalates in the area was high and there was ecological Possible risks.A combination of solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupled with molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze PAHs and PAEs in sediments. The detection limits of the two methods were: PAHs 0.004-1.55 ng g-1,PAEs 0.046-4.2 ng g-1.Fully meet the detection and analysis of trace substances in sediment samples. The influencing factors of sediment organic matter adsorption were studied.Kaolin and white carbon black were used as simulated sediment samples. The results showed that the content of sediments increased and the amount of organic matter adsorbed was higher;Ca2+ was most favorable for sediment adsorption;the amount of organic matter adsorbed with temperature Increased and decreased, easily dissolved in the aqueous phase;increased salinity will reduce the solubility of organic matter in the aqueous phase, thereby increasing the amount of adsorption on the sediment;the maximum adsorption of organics in neutral environment;salicylic acid and EDTA four Sodium can help organic solvents,so that the amount of sediment adsorption. The acute toxicity tests of PAEs and PAHs against Japanese guppies,white-tailed prawns, and clams of the Philippine philippines were conducted. The results showed that the LC50 of aquatic organisms was far greater than the concentration of pollutants in industrial agglomerations, again confirming the low ecological risk in the region. The content of PAHs in the sediments of Hangzhou Bay and Taizhou Bay was measured. The total concentration of the samples in Hangzhou Bay ranged from 36-704 ng g-1.The total concentration of samples in Taizhou Bay ranged from 133-293 ng g-1.The primary sources for the preliminary analysis are combustion sources, oil refining, diesel combustion, and coke ovens.A risk assessment of the concentration of PAHs in the area resulted in almost no ecological risk. The content of PAEs in the sediments of Hangzhou Bay and Taizhou Bay was measured. The total concentration of the samples in Hangzhou Bay ranged from 364-672 ng g-1,and the total concentration of samples from Taizhou Bay ranged from 569-1289 ng g-1.The primary sources of the preliminary analysis were ships, heavy industry, and oil spills.A risk assessment of the concentration of PAEs in the area resulted in virtually no ecological risk.
