Analysis On The Influence Of Industrial Agglomeration On Water Environment Pollution In Liaohe Basin

As an important heavy industry base in northeast China and even the whole country,Liaohe basin is mostly a "three high" type enterprise with high pollution,high emission and high energy consumption.As a result of the industrial structure dominated by heavy industry,the water environment in the Liaohe basin is seriously damaged.It is of great significance to study the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on water environmental pollution in Liaohe basin for balancing the relationship between economic development and environmental protection,promoting the orderly and healthy economic development in Liaohe basin,and promoting the ecological civilization construction in Liaohe basin.The theoretical analysis part of this paper mainly analyzes the impact mechanism of industrial agglomeration on water environment.Industrial agglomeration mainly affects water environment pollution through scale effect,technology effect and structure effect,and also has different effects on water environment in different stages of industrial agglomeration development.Therefore,this paper will briefly analyze the effects of different stages of industrial agglomeration on water environment pollution.This article main use of the empirical analysis part of the Liaohe basin ten cities as economic and environmental data model to estimate,in view of industrial agglomeration impact on water environment pollution of the threshold effect is studied,according to the analysis result shows that the size of the industry agglomeration in different cities as well as different levels of foreign direct investment under the influence on water pollution of the environment there will be a significant threshold effect.Based on theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward a series of environmental protection Suggestions by using the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on water environmental pollution.First,improving the waste discharge standards within the agglomeration area and strictly controlling the discharge of industrial waste water can fundamentally reduce the sources of water environmental pollution.Second,the establishment of industrial concentration areas,the construction of public environmental protection treatment facilities in the concentration area,increase the research and development of pollution treatment technology and investment,each enterprise allocation of pollution treatment costs,can effectively solve the pollution situation caused by the level of pollution treatment of enterprises in the concentration area is not up to the standard;Thirdly,the Liaohe basin should vigorously promote the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure,promote the economic development mainly in the tertiary industry,and reduce the dependence on the secondary industry represented by high pollution.Fourth,Liaohe basin prefecturelevel cities should reasonably control the size of the population,control the number of foreign population to attract high-quality talents.
